      Well, first let me say that many varieties of Sushi are made with Nori which is dried seaweed. This is a nice variation of a California Roll. I think I would like this with a little taukuan (daikon pickles) and will add that next time. I didn't add the plum sauce. I also sprinkled roasted sesame seeds on top. Very good! Thanks milkmaiden!       Ok...this was a good recipe - everything but the nori. The roasted seaweed tasted awful to me and ruined the rest of it. :( My bf however enjoyed it and brought the rest to work to share and they thought it was ok...May try again wth fresh???
