A healthy and filling way to start your day! I used rice milk because that is what I had on hand. The only change I'd make is to reduce the cinnamon. 2 tablespoons seems like an awful lot. Thanks for posting! Made for Fall Pick A Chef found in the Contests and Events forum.

This is a good, basic recipe that makes a great breakfast. I loved how quick and healthy this was, but found the cinnamon to be overpowering for my taste. I think next time Ill only use 2 ts and not 2 tbs. Other than that though, its a keeper. Thank you so much for sharing it with us!

Great way to enjoy oats! Made for DS who really enjoyed the cinnamon (more than I normally use) did use raisin and walnut option cited in step 3. Thanks for the post.
