These were sooo good. This was the first thing that I made from that Vegan cookbook, and wow! These were really good!

Directions

  1. Dissolve yeast in water.
  2. Add salt, vegan sugar and 2 cups of the flour.
  3. Mix crushed garlic and herbs.
  4. Add 2 cups more of the flour and keep adding until dough is no longer sticky.
  5. Roll into snakes and shape into pretzels.
  6. Bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes until brown!
  7. Sprinkle with sea salt.
