    Ingredients:

    Directions:

      Preheat to 350F and spray an 8" square pan/dish.

      Mix the first section of ingredients. By hand is fine. Pour into prepared pan.

      Mix the cocoa and brown sugar. Sprinkle over mix in pan.

      Pour on hot water.

      Bake for 45 minutes.
