This is one of my favorite recipes because it's pretty healthy but still tastes good. I like to top them with a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon though.
- Mix the ingredients and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit in lightly oiled muffin tins.
These may taste bland because there's no salt in the recipe. Baked goods need salt to taste good just as savory foods do. I would use about 1/2 tsp. in this recipe. Also, you might try apple juice in place of the water.
Not a bad muffin, a bit bland and dry though.
