Ultimate Party Salsa

Although the ingredients of this salsa may sound strange, it is the best and easiest salsa recipe I've found! I am asked to bring this salsa to all gatherings and get togethers! I am constantly being asked for the recipe, enjoy!

Ingredients:

Servings: 20

• 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans (rinsed and drained)
• 1 (17 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
• 2 large tomatoes, chopped
• 1 purple onion, chopped
• 1/8-1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
• 4 tablespoons lime juice
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients into a large dish
2. Chill slightly
3. serve with tortilla chips.

This is a different salsa but we loved it. I only used 1 tomato and a Maui onion. We had this with chips to watch golf on TV and we finished it off!! Made for PAC Spring 2011.

Amazing salsa! So yummy I had people eating with a spoon!! Very fresh and delicious. I used 2 ripe limes and squeezed them for just the perfect amount of lime juice. Lots of requests for this recipe!!

This salsa was fantastic. I only used a half on an onion, because my onion was very big and vert strong.
