Troy's Frosty Fruit Smoothie

"This frosty non-dairy delight is the standard breakfast in our home every weekend year-round. Frozen fruit (no sugar added) makes for convenience and frostiness. The fresh bananas give it its thick, creamy texture. Couple this smoothie some almonds or pecans on the side, and I suspect this must be a taste of heaven. It makes a blender full and tastes best when made fresh. If you happen to have any leftovers, pour them into freezer pops for a healthy and yummy snack the kids will love. Be creative and use whatever fruits you happen to love. Measurements are approximate, we just fill up the blender. :)"
