Troppo Ice Blocks

Just the thing to cool down kids, big and small, on a hot, hot day...

• Prep Time: 15 mins
• Cook Time: 12 hrs

Ingredients:

Yield: 1 batch

Choose a mixture from the following fruits

• pineapple
• banana
• jackfruit
• soursop
• mango
• rambutans
• lychee
• pommelo
• star fruit
• passion fruit
• guava
• papaya
• oranges or orange juice

Directions:

1. Peel and core the fruits over a bowl to catch the juice.
2. Cut the fruit into bite-size pieces and place in the bowl.
3. Stir the fruit together and spoon the mixture into plastic cups until 2/3 full.
4. Squeeze enough oranges for the juice to cover the fruit.
5. Insert a wooden stick into the centre.
6. Freeze overnight in the freezer.
