(LFRV) These are absolutely delicious when you want something light & refreshing. You could also add in some diced avocados but these are great without!!
- Blend one mango with the lime juice to make a sauce.
- Add all the other ingredients to mango sauce and mix well.
- Spoon into romaine lettuce leaves to make a green wrap. Enjoy!
