      Yum. I found this recipe looking for ways to use up the soymilk in my fridge before it goes bad. Then, the fact that it started with the correct letter for "Healthy ABC" was awesome so I tagged it. And I'm so glad I did! I had a half a frozen banana in the freezer so I halved the recipe and used it. I also used all mixed berries, and added a shake of fiber. The chocolate taste is subtle here, but adds a nice level of flavor. I couldn't taste the pineapple exactly, but think it too added something nice. I suspect I'll be enjoying this repeatedly this summer. Thanks!

      I love smoothies and keep a supply of frozen bananas in the freezer at all times just for this purpose. I made this recipe with regular, not soy, milk, and no strawberries. I too, put in some fiber additive, and about a teaspoon of whole flax seed for added nutrition. Delicious, and the author is right, frozen leftovers make a great dessert.

      My son and I love smoothies, and this one is a winner! The chocolate syrup adds a nice twist. I used fresh strawberries and frozen rasberries with the pineapple and banana. this was my first time trying soy milk. I have to say it was pretty good.
