  1. Not sure why this has a 5-star review. It was awful. Definitely not a "dipping sauce" unless you like to dip in a texture like water! Way too much vinegar in it for starters. I tried to make the taste a bit less sour by adding some honey to it. Then I cooked it in a pan on the stove-top and thickened it up with some corn starch mixed with water. It was "OK", nothing fantastic though! I would not recommend this unless you want to use it for a marinade, maybe!

  2. Sooooooooooooo Gooooooooood Try it

  3. Very good, maybe would cut down a bit on the vinegar. Used with tempura and another diping sauce, 85463, perfect combo of tastes. Fast, easy, cheap, no need to buy this kind of thing!

I graduated from the University of Delaware's HRIM program in '06. Been several years since I was last active and experimenting, but I'm coming back into it. I used to be vegetarian (even had a touch of the veganism), and I still love me my veggies, but I also love me my meat. I will never stop liking tofu no matter what. Don't knock until you try it cooked PROPERLY. Tofu is so easy to mess up.
