This recipe is from What's Cooking Indian by Shehzad Husain. We tried this tonight with some samosas, and it was really great, definitely worth making because it's cheap and easy.
- Whisk all of the ingredients together and garnish with as much or as little cilantro as you like.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- This keep well in the fridge.
This is a very thin tamarind sauce.
