The cinnamon almost makes the sweet potato taste like squash - very pleasant. I didn't use oil just sprayed the chips with "No Oil" and sprinkled on the cinnamon Lovely recipe

I made three potatoes worth. Which is good because that means leftovers! I expected them to be crispier, but maybe I didn't cook them long enough for 3 potatoes. Still good, though. Kind of like baked sweet potato sticks. I tried some without the cinnamon. They were good both ways. Reviewed for Pick-A-Chef.
