    Directions:

    1. 1
      Cut sweet potato into french fry-like strips.
    2. 2
      Dip fingerstips in olive oil and rub a little over each fry.
    3. 3
      Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    4. 4
      Place on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

      What a good side dish! I normally use savory seasonings such as cayenne pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, etc. But the cinnamon was a new twist for me. I also just sprayed the strips and it worked great. Made for I Recommend Tag Game 2012.

      The cinnamon almost makes the sweet potato taste like squash - very pleasant. I didn't use oil just sprayed the chips with "No Oil" and sprinkled on the cinnamon Lovely recipe

      So simple and really good!!! just cinnamon and olive oil, spells, delicious!!!! so easily prepared, a lovely sidedish that I will enjoy having again! Thank you, BBHB, made for PAC Fall 2012
