This recipe worked like a charm. I was a little worried when I added the sushi vinegar as it looked like too much liquid, but after cutting it in it was perfect. This tasted so good. I will continue to make sushi at home and this is a great addition to my adventure. Thank you for sharing.

Tonight we made sushi for the first time. It was so much fun! We used Bumblebee Dill Salmon, thin slices of cucumber, carrot, and sticky rice mixed with the sushi rice vinegar on top of seaweed sheets. The kids liked some of of the flavors but not the smell of the sushi vinegar cooking. We all laughed while picking sticky rice off our fingers! Thanks for the recipe!

This is what I was looking for! While the other reviewer found it a little to sweet, to my family, it was just perfect. It tasted just like the rice in the sushi from our favorite sushi shop.

Made the rice vinegar and the sushi was a little too sweet. Great texture. Will cut down the sugar next time.
