- 396.89 g can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 473.18 ml frozen corn kernels
- 1 small red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 7.39 ml ground cumin (about half a palm full)
- 4.92-9.85 ml hot sauce (Tabasco recommended)
- 1 lime, juice of
- 14.79-29.58 ml vegetable oil (approximately) or 14.79-29.58 ml olive oil (approximately)
- salt and pepper
- 59.14 ml fresh cilantro
directions
- Combine all ingredients except cilantro in a bowl.
- Let stand at least 15 minutes for corn to fully defrost and flavors to combine, then toss.
- Sprinkle with cilantro and serve.
