Wonderful morning smoothie, and to me, very filling for a breakfast on the run. I made 1/2 of the recipe and used 2% milk, the kind we keep on hand, instead of the soy milk, but otherwise, followed as written. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Perfect! This is so simple - it can't get any better than this. I'm not the biggest fan of soy milk, and this is definitely the way to get me to drink more of it!
