    Directions:

      In a saucepan combine sugar, water and cornstarch.

      Cook on medium heat until thick.
    3. 3
      Add gelatin, remove from heat.
    4. 4
      Stir well until fully dissolved.

      Cool slightly and add strawberries.
    6. 6
      Pour into prepared pie shell.

      Refrigerate until chilled through.

      Serve with whipped cream.(optional).
