Cook Time:
This is nice and sweet and great when the strawberries are fresh and juicy. This would make a simple and light yet elegant dessert after a big summer BBQ.From Homemakers May 2006. Prep time includes a half an hour of resting time.
Directions:
1
Mix together honey, lemon rind and juice; let stand for at least 30 minutes.
2
Spoon halved strawberries into dessert dishes. Pour over sauce.
Ratings & Reviews:
I needed something made with honey for a themed potluck and I had zero time to cook. This was perfect, so quick and easy and delish!

We love this recipe. It is a nice way to eat berries to give them a little something special without overpowering the taste. This dish is perfect for breakfast of dessert and I never feel guilty for eating it.
