I enjoyed the flavor of this however, the texture was way too smooth for my taste. I would have preferred it to be chunkier like traditional spinach dip. I will make it again but try pureeing it less next time.people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? Really liked the taste of this - didn't even miss the cream cheese which is commonly used. I added a bit more tofu than suggested. Overall a really great recipe.people found this review Helpful. This is one of those snacks I can't stop eating once I start! But I don't have to feel guilty because it is low-fat and full of nutrients. Thank you so much for posting this! By the way, I added a large dollop of Veganaise to make it creamier. Edited June 1, 2008: A year later, this is still one of my favorite snacks. Recently I added 3 artichoke hearts and half a can of sliced black olives just because they were in my fridge. I thought these additions really enhanced the flavor.people found this review Helpful.
