    • 2 (15 ½ ounce) cans of golden sweet corn
    • ¾ ounce Laughing Cow cheese , pasteurized cheese (laughing cow three wedges)
    • ½ green bell pepper , chopped (or more)
    • ½ red bell pepper , chopped
    • creole seasoning , to taste (I use Tony Chachere's)

    Directions:

      Mix all ingredients in a 2-quart pot and cook on medium heat until done.

      This is spicy so adjust seasonings and peppers to taste.
