Delicious! I put the coated potatoes plus a dollop of butter in a sprayed tin foil packet and cooked them on the grill with chicken breasts. They were so good! This recipe is a keeper.

Yum! What a great combination of spices and sweet potatoes. DH and DS inhaled these! I didn't use cilantro.

This was so quick and easy, and so good! They were tender and full of flavour, I did add the cilantro and loved them! Thanks for a keeper.

We really enjoyed these a lot. I wasn't sure how to slice these and for me sweet potatoes are hard to slice evenly, so I quartered the potato then sliced it that way. Loved the spice combination in this recipe. I placed everything is a big plastic bad and shook it up to coat them evenly. Being southern at heart, I might add some brown sugar to this mixture of spices next time. Thanks.

DM and I had these as part of a vegetarian lunch and they were delicious. The only thing I would do differently next time is to make a batch of the spices and put in a shaker to sprinkle on the slices as I put them in the frypan (skillet). Thank you MathMon.calif for a delicious way to do sweet potatoes. Made for The All Newest Tag game.
