Oh that is delish! I reduced the servings quite a bit just to try it. I used 1 (15oz) can whole tomatoes, and about 3 green onions, a small bunch of fresh cilantro, and about 1/4 a cup or a little less of onion. Then I just guessed on salt/pepper/garlic, and tasted after it was blended so I could add more as needed. I used half of a lime. It turned out really great thank you! The only adjustments I made with the ingredients is I used medium chili's (6 oz can) instead of jalapenos so that it wouldn't be too spicy for my kids. I will make this again for sure, and make the full amount next time! It has a great fresh taste. I could hardly stop eating it to take the pictures! Thank you so much!
