Seriously Simple Black Beans

"I love healthy food and don't have a lot of time to cook during the week, so I make a huge batch of this for dinners all week. I eat it pretty much every week night with brown rice, cornbread, and veggies."

  1. This was very good. We tried it minus the cilantro and it was wonderful. Also tried it as part of a taco salad using ground turkey and it tasted great.

I'm an underemployed recent college graduate. I'm young, but I feel like I've lived dozens of different lives and have experienced a lot more in my quarter life than some have in 80 years. I love trying new things, being in new places, and growing and changing into a new person all the time. I'm interested in really living life and not just doing the same thing every day out of habit. I've been married to the greatest man on Earth for just over a year. I love to cook. Its a major stress reliever and great creative outlet. I also love to see the cunning twinkle in my husband's eye while he is cooking. There is something magical about food. I'd say I'm not a great cook, but I think that would be me cutting myself short.
