Self Raising Flour Substitute

"A good recipe to have for when you can't get to the store."

 

• Ready In: 5mins
• Ingredients: 5
• Yields: 500 g

ingredients

• 500 g flour
• 9.85 ml icing sugar (powdered sugar)
• 2.46 ml salt
• 9.85 ml baking soda
• 19.71 ml cream of tartar

directions

1. Sift all ingredients together and use as required.
2. All amounts can be doubled for a larger amount.

I still don't know what the powdered sugar's for but no matter, this recipe works very well. I used it for Lemon Delicious Pudding #76901 and it turned out just fine.
