I liked this recipe even though it was one of the oddest food combinations that I have eaten. I added a little salt and pepper at the end.

I was intrigued to try a Korean potato recipe, loved that this recipe was so low in fat, delighted that it was so quick and easy to prepare - and when I made it that it not only lived up to my expectations from reading through the ingredients but surpassed them! :) Certainly a recipe I'll make again: a great blend of flavours. If you're planning on making these, don't substitute the sesame oil for another oil. Thanks so much for sharing this super recipe, Lauralie41. Made for PRMR.

These were pretty good. I liked the flavor, but I think I would like it better if the potatoes had been baked or fried, making them a little firmer. Made for Zaar Chef Alphabet Soup Game.

Wow! What a great dish from some a simple recipe! I served these with Bourbon chicken for my boyfriend's parents and they loved it! His dad kept sneaking potatoes when I was watching, and plans on making it himself. Thanks for a great recipe!

We found this a little bit too sweet. Next time I'll try with 1 teaspoon of sugar. Thanks Lauralie :) Made for Market tag.

Hrm, nice potato dish. I sort of overcooked the potatoes, so it didn't look as appetizing as the picture, but at least the flavor was able permeate without waiting. Still good, thanks!

Initially the taste was somewhat salty on the outside followed by bland mushy potato center. The leftovers were much better because by the following day the flavour had permeated through the entire potato. A nice quick fixin' side dish.

I really, really liked this. It was delicious! I loved the slightly sweet taste and the crunch of the onion. It wasn't too salty, just a very nice flavor for the tongue. I never would have thought to try this with potatoes but what a delightful change. Thanks!

A lovely side dish and so easy. I also used black sesame seeds. I ate the whole thing mostly by myself because I love doiled potatoes so much. And that wasn't just simple boiled potatoes. It was a very unique potato dish. Thanks, Lori!

This was easy to make, healthy, and different! A wonderful side dish when you want something other than the noodles or rice. Thank you.

These were delicious! I love how flavorful these are, yet not overpowering. I used toasted sesame oil, but hubby didn't like the smell, so next time will use the light. Great easy recipe; thanks!

YUM, but horror, I got hubby to make these, and he left out the scallion, when I asked why, he said we didn't have any. Turns out he didn't know what they were! We did have some, and they were added. Thank you for this easy recipe. Good to cook spuds without the grease!

What?! A potato recipe that doesn't include, butter, cream, cheese or sour cream?! No way! :) I really liked this recipe, it was a wonderful change for the average American style potatoes that are the "norm". My husband didn't like these, but he is a midwesterner and didn't "get" the idea of soy sauce and potatoes. I however, did and I quite enjoyed this different dish. Thanks!

Very easy, very tasty. I'm sure this will be great served with a wide variety of dishes and I'd have been quite happy just eating this out of the bowl on its own!

We loved these!!! I know this simple & easy to prepare recipe will be in regular menu rotation here. The flavor is wonderful. I did overcook my potatoes a bit, but they were still yummy. Thank you Lori for a great recipe!!!

This dish was a great success. I used black sesame seeds and these, combined with the green of the scallion against the white of the potato made for a very attractive presentation. And the flavor is surprisingly rich in a dish with so little added fat.
