Savory Polenta for Lasagna

"this is the polenta I use in my polenta lasagna, I sometimes make a batch to firm and toast to serve with other dishes as well, so thought I'd share the recipe seperately. sometimes I replace the sage with rosemary. for lasagna I use 2 13*18 pans and spread it very thin"

  • line pan or cookie sheets to cool polenta on.
  • bring water to boil.
  • while stirring constantly gradually pour in other ingredients.
  • turn heat to low.
  • stir constantly (10-20 minutes) until thickened.
  • pour and spread in prepared pan or pans to fiish thickening and cool.
