I am so happy I found this recipe! It is exactly what I was looking for....a way to kick up plain brown rice and keep it virtually sodium free. This recipe is just what the doctor ordered for those of us on a low/no salt diet. Thank you so much for posting this, Chef #461498!people found this review Helpful. This was definitely savory although a little dry. It needed butter or wine or broth or some such. Just the rice and herbs alone lacked something to bring it all together. I did like the proportion of herbs to rice so will try again with some adjustments. As is, it is a pretty good dish for those watching fat and sodium.people found this review Helpful.
