This is yummy! Very fresh, well obviously with such fresh ingredients! Although I used soft Parnoosh dates in a larger amount (because they are so small) I soaked them for a short time anyway as I knew my blender needs the extra liquid to blend it all up and also it helped me peel some of the skin off them as I don't like the bits the date skin leaves in drinks. I used 2 1/2 large bananas as I would think this recipe is talking about 7 lady finger bananas as I know you use those and the quantity would be about the same. This is not properly food combined but it was a nice combo. Made for Veggie Swap 33 ~ April 2011.people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... This tasted good although I couldn't get the dates
to blend well. Next time I'll have to cut the dates up
in much smaller pieces. Reviewed for Veg Tag/April.
