  • 453.59 g tomatillo
  • 2 jalapenos
  • 0 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2.46 ml salt
  • water, to boil

directions

  • Peel papery skins from tomatillos, and wash them and the jalapenos.
  • Boil tomatillos and jalapenos for 5 minutes and drain.
  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend for a few seconds to mix.
  • Chill and serve.
