This is a healthy and authentic recipe from my next door neighbor of many(20!) years ago. Thank you Mark Pinon!
- Peel papery skins from tomatillos, and wash them and the jalapenos.
- Boil tomatillos and jalapenos for 5 minutes and drain.
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend for a few seconds to mix.
- Chill and serve.
