Entered for safe-keeping, this should be grand in the Vita-Mix! From Clean Eating, Fall 2008. Do something nice for your immune system.
- 1 red bell pepper, quartered, seeds removed
- 1 apple
- 2 radishes
- 1 tomatoes
- 1⁄2 cup fresh cranberries or 1⁄2 cup frozen cranberries
- Wash pepper, apple, radishes and tomato, but do not peel.
- Juice everything, stir gently and enjy.
