Love spinach, love garlic, love lemon. This was pretty good but it seemed to be too much lemon, it was very acidic. I'll play around with the recipe in the future because it has all the good ingredients!people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Yum! I liked this a lot, DH, never the lemon lover, not so much, but I LOVED that fact that it was simple and SO low fat... excellent for keeping me on track in the healthier eating plan. Please see my rating system: 4 stars for a super healthy, quick and easy dish that's ideally made for those of us who adore garlic and lemon with our spinach and where cutting down on calories and fat didn't mean cutting down on flavour. Thanks!people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? Yes | No We don't know who you are. Sign in or create an account

simply delicious. this dish is a perfect example of just how wonderful the most simple things can be. followed recipe exactly except subbed 1tb olive oil for the 1/2c water and let the garlic get slightly toasted. This is good enough to eat alone and make the meal out of; i will definitly make this again and possibly add some pine nuts or sun dried tomatoes for a complete meal. thanks so much for sharing another great recipe.people found this review Helpful.
