ingredients
- 453.59 g can peach slices, drained
- 59.14 ml golden raisin
- 59.14 ml dried apricot, diced
- 59.14 ml light brown sugar
- 226.79 g can crushed pineapple
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 59.14 ml cider vinegar
- 2.46 ml salt
- 2.46 ml ground ginger
- 1.23 ml cinnamon
- 0.61 ml crushed red pepper flakes
- 59.14 ml slivered almonds
directions
- In a large sauce pan, combine all the ingredients EXCEPT the almonds.
- Over high heat bring to a boil, then reduce heat & simmer uncovered about 15 minutes or until somewhat thickened.
- Remove from heat, & fold in almonds.
- Serve warm or chilled.
