- 907.18 g fresh rhubarb
- 1419.54 ml water
- 236.59 ml sugar
- 0.25 ml salt
- 29.58 ml potato flour or 29.58 ml cornstarch
directions
- Wash fresh rhubarb and remove skins.
- Cut in pieces and cook in 6 cups of water and the sugar until tender.
- Add a little water to potato flour or cornstarch and add to rhubarb, stirring until slightly thickened.
