- 1 whole green pepper, chopped
- 1 whole onion, chopped
- 226.79 g package soy crumbles
- 425.24 g can stewed tomatoes
- 236.59 ml water or 236.59 ml broth
- 236.59 ml frozen corn
- 1 jalapeno peppers or 5 slice canned chili peppers, chopped
- 9.85 ml chili powder (to taste)
- 425.24 g can red beans, rinsed and drained
- 9.85 ml coconut oil or 9.85 ml clarified butter, for sauteeing
directions
- Saute onions, green pepper, and crumbles together.
- Add rest of ingredients.
- Simmer until cooked through.
- For Vegan do not use the butter.
