Mmm, this is one of my favourite ways to eat raw carrots and apple! Its simple, quick, easy and so yummy!!! Its great for lunch or as a super healthy snack for in between meals.
I left out the lemon juice as Im allergic to it, but to me that didnt harm the recipe at all.

We really wanted to love this.... I made it specifically thinking I could get my 9 year old to eat a salad at dinner but none of us liked it. It was tart and the swetness from the apple and the juice did not shine through. Thanks for posting; Sorry we didn't like it.
