Quick and Easy No Added Fat Hummus

I make this at the end of the month with the leftovers from my store-cupboard. I love it on rye- crackers with canned sweetcorn and sweet chilli sauce!

  1. Drain half the liquid out of the chickpeas. Blemd all the ingredients in a blender to your preferred texture.(i like it quite coarse).
  2. If you use raw garlic add a little at a time or bake it first, otherwise it can taste too raw-garlicky!
