Our family found these bland in spite of the cinnamon and nutmeg. I really wanted to like them, but we didn't.

I was really disappointed with the way this tasted after reading the reviews and loving pumpkin. They were bland and even adding butter or cream cheese didn't help.

Delish! I added allspice and used milk instead of water. Thanks for the recipe! EDIT: I must say, I like these even more after they've sat in a container for a few days. I made them two days ago, and today they are even better!

These are amazing, especially for being so healthy! I made it into a loaf, adding some ginger and clove to the spice mix. Also reduced the sugar amount and filled it in with crushed dates , but I would have preffered using figs instead, I ran out.. I also used rice milk instead of water. These will definately become a staple!

I like the fact that these are fat free muffins & I'll definitely eat them. They have a nice texture but not very much flavour at all.

I made these into mini muffins and they were wonderful. The whole family loves them, and they usually don't like my fat-free things. I subbed half of the sugar with splenda, and because my can of pumpkin wasn't quite large enough, I added just a bit of vanilla yogurt to help moisten the batter. Yummy! Thanks for the recipe!
