  1. On a cutting board, finely chop tomatoes, jalapenos, onion, bell pepper, garlic and cilantro.
  2. Place all in a glass bowl and mix together.
  3. Add salt, pepper, water and vinegar.
  4. Squeeze the juice from the lime into the mixture and mix thoroughly.
  5. Chill before serving.
