- 236.59 ml green bell pepper, seeded and minced
- 118.29 ml red bell pepper, seeded and minced
- 709.77 ml cabbage, minced
- 236.59 ml celery, minced
- 29.58 ml salt
- 29.58 ml mustard seeds
- 29.58 ml brown sugar
- 354.88 ml vinegar
directions
- Combine the minced vegetables and salt; let stand overnight.
- Rinse and drain thoroughly.
- Add mustard seed and brown sugar to the vinegar; heat to boiling.
- Pour over drained vegetables in a crock.
- Cool and store in the refrigerator.
- Serve within 3 days.
