I used fresh peach and the vanilla option. I actually do think that canned peaches would have been a better choice for me. The fresh peaches we get here in flatland Canada are all imported and while they look gorgeous in the store they are never ripe inside. If you try to wait until they *are* then they have bruised and look shabby on the surface. Knowing this I still just had to give this a try with them. They were as always and even the Vita Mix couldn't smooth them out. Even so the peach flavor came through so I can imagine (with envy) how marvelous this would be with ripe, juicy, peaches. Mine tasted very good but this would be killer with really good peaches.

Delicious. I used canned peaches and the vanilla extract option. It was in the blender for a few minutes, When I turned the blender off the cooler was nice and thick. Made for Veggie Swap 24

I scaled this back to 1 serve for the DM using a fresh peach (which was a tad over the 2oz of peach flesh required). Well she loved it - was wandering if it was her birthday and if it was a treat, well this is one treat she may be getting on a more regular basis using fresh fruit that is in season. Thank you Debbwl, made for Everyday A Holiday.
