Peach Blueberry Pie

Ingredients:

Serves: 6

Yield: 1.0 pie

• 1 cup sugar
• 1⁄3; cup all-purpose flour
• ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1⁄8; teaspoon ground allspice
• 3 cups sliced peeled fresh peaches
• 1 cup fresh blueberries
• 1 tablespoon butter
• pastry dough , for a double crust pie
• milk
• cinnamon sugar

Directions:

1. In a bowl, combine the sugar, flour, cinnamon and allspice.
2. Add peaches and blueberries; toss gently.
3. Line pie plate with bottom crust; add the filling.
4. Dot with butter.
5. Top with a lattice crust.
6. Brush crust with milk; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
7. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
