This is an Italian dish that my mother always made. It takes less than five minutes to put together, very little time to cook and is INEXPENSIVE, EASY, and makes great leftovers!
Great quick and easy pasta dish! I had this for lunch and it was just as easy as fixing a can of soup but way better! I halved the recipe and did add some basil. I used ditallini pasta as that was what I had on hand. Thanks for posting this easy and yummy recipe!

Hubs and I really enjoyed this! So quick and easy after a long day. We used regular ol' canned tomato sauce, 5 cloves of minced garlic (garlic fiends here!). While cooking the sauce, I added about 1/2 c. fresh chopped cilantro (really nice flavor) and added 1 package of Melissa's Soyrizo (Vegan Chorizo, sauteed on med-high for 5 min or so before adding), and simmered the sauce for a while. The Soyrizo and Cilantro really smoothed out the tomato-ness. We could have probably fed 8-10 people after this, but we'll be eating leftovers for a few days! Definitely a recipe I'll make again! Thanks for submitting it!
