  1. Cut the fruits into half and scoop out the inside on a plate.
  2. Put in a blender along with the remaining ingredients, except the lemon juice, and process until smooth.
  3. Strain and add lemon juice.
  4. Serve chilled over ice cubes in tall glasses on a hot sunny afternoon!

Pleasant drink for a hot day. I prefer it a tad sweeter. It is not very concentrated but I actually prefer it that way.
