Delicious. Both my husband and my two year old enjoyed this (I'll need to at least triple the recipe next time). I used medium salsa, and cayenne pepper instead of paprika (which I think made the dish hotter than originally intended).

I absolutely love this recipe! I'm not crazy about sprouts so I don't use as much. I also loved the extra juices so I kept it to more of a soup consistancy. Delicious, satisfying and healthy!!

Nom nom nom I am eating this now. I stuck to the recipe, except I used slightly more generous quantities (small cans of everything so e.g. about 150g of corn). The paprika and cumin work sooo well together and serving it with garlic bread was a very good call. I think mine needs a bit of extra spice (I did increase the spices but I guess not enough) but other than that this was a pleasing light dinner, although normally I'd go for something more filling.

Fabulous recipe! I used canned kidney beans, and I used a 4-oz. carton of mung bean sprouts and hot salsa. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly -- omitting the cheese. I will definitely be repeating this recipe, maybe using a bit less beans and / or corn next time. It was good cold, too!! Thanks for posting.

it was good for what it was - but I missed the meat - matbe that was the point. Maybe I went too heavy on the spices and I would use less next time. Thanks for sharing!

Wonderful recipe -and very flexible too. I mix-matched what I had (came back from shopping with fresh mix sprouts) and I've done it 3 times already. I omitted the kidney beans and doubled the sprouts, used tomato paste instead of 'salsa' and Chili Oil -homemade from this website, instead of the paprika. I followed the recipe and they come out great, leftovers microwave well. Tonight I'm adding the Kidney beans! With the laptop on a floating standing table in the kitchen - I'm spending more time on the net than on the stove! ¦¬)
