      Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth, adding flaxseed if desired.

      Made this for an afternoon treat for my DSs and it went over well. I left out the flax seed and added whipped cream to the top. May try with strawberries rather than raspberries next time since DSs are not big fans but mixed with the blueberries and oranges they enjoyed it. Made for My 3 Chefs.
