Mmm, this is a very yummy recipe. I made it using canned chopped tomatoes and dried basil cause thats all I had on hand and it still tasted fresh and summery. I bet with fresh basil it would have been even better. I had to destone my olives first so I couldnt slice them into rings, instead I just chopped them. The only reason Im not giving the full five stars is that for me the olives were a bit too dominant in this but I guess thats just personal preference.
THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing this recipe with us, Gail Ann!

Love, love, love this.....very similar to a recipe I have posted, but I've never had this with tomatoes. I chopped everything by hand.....and still have my fingers! Wonderful with pita bread fried in olive oil....delicious!!!

Wow this is amazing, very addicting. I made this for DD and I as a snack for movie night and we both devoured this before the movie even started. If you are making this for guests, make a batch for yourself first, lol...... I didn't take the time to slice the olives and I used sundried tomatoes as I could not find ripe tomatoes. Thanks for sharing this easy, yet oh so tasty recipe.
