    JeannaLW's Note:

I had some blueberries (which I don't really care for) starting to go mushy. Feeling guilty for not eating them (they're so healthy after all), I decided to try making some sort of cobbler-like thing with them. OH MY GOODNESS was it ever delicious! The ingredients might be a little odd, but I was working with what I had on hand :)

    Units: US | Metric

    Directions:

    1. 1
Use a small baking dish, or divide a pie pan in half with creative use of aluminum foil like I did (no small dishes available) ;).
    2. 2
Rinse fresh blueberries and put in the bottom of the dish. I'm sure frozen would work as well. Sprinkle with half the brown sugar.
    3. 3
Melt 1tsp butter in a bowl and mix in the oatmeal, bisquick, and remaining brown sugar.
    4. 4
Spread the mixture over top of the blueberries.
    5. 5
Drizzle the remaining butter over top, then pour the orange juice over all.
    6. 6
Bake at 350 for about half an hour, until it's golden brown and smells so good you can't wait any longer. Let it sit to cool slightly.
    7. 7
Serve while still warm with ice cream or whipped cream, if possible!
