After a very satisfying sampling of Jonesy's crockpot oats, I found myself with a pair of dilemnas: what to do with the leftover oatmeal, and a hankering for a vegan date shake. Oatmeal in the shake? It turned out amazing, and though these measurements are approximate, they're as close as I ever get to measuring.
